This privacy notice for Autonity Genesis Foundation (“AGF”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) informs you about how and why the Piccadilly Circus Games Competition (“PCGC”) might collect, store, use, and/or share (“Process”) your personal information when you engage with the PCGC, such as when you:
- Visit https://game.autonity.org (“PCGC Website”), or any other website affiliated with PCGC that links to this privacy notice (collectively termed as “Websites”); or
- Engage with PCGC in other related ways, including communicating over the PCGC Discord or other PCGC-related media, forums or events (“Venues”).

We do not process any sensitive personal information, unless required by law.
Do we receive any information from third parties?
We do not receive any information from third parties.
Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By engaging with the Websites or Venues, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependant’s interactions. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the personal record and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us.
